- The bed is equipped with heated massage rollers that automatically adjust in height to accommodate every user’s unique “spinal line”. The degree of curvature and flexion of the user’s spine is considered along with weight distribution along the spine, and spinal length.
- The V6's heated massage rollers apply concentrated heat up to 149℉ along the spine which helps promote circulation and relaxation. The V6 also uses heated abdominal massager that has a max temperature of 140℉.

A diagnostic code message is being displayed on the remote control screen, what do I do?
- If the same diagnostic code is displayed even after turning the power switch off and on again after 5 seconds, be sure to write down the error code and contact customer service.
The inner ceramic won't move with the up and down buttons, what do I do?
- It is possible to move the inner ceramic using the up and down buttons only in concentrated/semi-auto/manual mode.
